I take care with personal data and process it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

 

What I collect.

When you contact me by email or through the contact or booking form, I receive your name, email address, any other details you choose to provide, and the content of your message.

 

When you commission work, I also process the details needed to invoice you, such as billing address and VAT number.

 

This website is built on Wix, which places functional and analytical cookies and collects standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

 

Why I use it.

Contact details are used to answer enquiries, carry out assignments, and send and administer invoices. Technical data is used to keep the website working and to understand in general terms how it is used.

 

How long I keep it.

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to our contact. Invoices and the accompanying administration are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Who else sees it.

Your data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes. It is shared only with parties necessary to run my practice, namely my hosting provider Wix, my email provider, and my accountant for invoicing purposes. Film material entrusted to me for a consultation is never shared with anyone.

 

Your rights.

You may ask to see the data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its processing. Write to astridbussink@gmail.com and I will respond within four weeks. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

 

Cookies.

You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. The website will continue to work, though some elements may function less smoothly.
